· Handle is ergonomically shaped to give the best grip and is fitted with watertight control buttons (photo 1 below).

· Models are fitted with safety button (A), on-off control button (B) and if continuous operation is required lock button (C) (photo 2 below).

· The “Bell” is easily removed without the use of any tools and is double sealed for watertightness guaranteeing hygiene and long life.

· The knife is one piece stainless steel and has been overmoulded to give maximim hygiene. The design of the knife gives optimum speed and quality of cut (photo 3 below).
